Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited number of spots, we require a deposit that is non-refundable.

If you cancel 8 weeks before the retreat date then all money will be refunded minus the deposit (unless your place is filled then all money will be refunded. Note that it is not the host's responsibility to fill your place but will do what we can to assist).

If you cancel 4 weeks before then 50% of all money paid will be refunded (unless your place is filled then all money will be refunded. Note that it is not the host's responsibility to fill your place but will do what we can to assist).

If you cancel 2 weeks or later then there is no refund.

If for any reason you can't come then we will help you to sell your spot as it is transferable.

We will have a waitlist and will try and replace your spot. If successful you will receive your deposit and any other monies paid in full.
